If you have ever attended one of the webinars in the “Future of Space Technology and Exploration” series, you would notice that the host organizer is Explore the Space (ETS), a non-profit organization run by D.V. Venkatagiri, Professor V. Sumitrra Devi, and a team of space enthusiasts. Based out of India, Explore the Space thrusts forward with the mission of inspiring and teaching students to consider careers in space technology and to engage in STEM education.
Because of their efforts and great impact on many people globally, ETS was awarded the title “ISRO – Registered Space Tutor” by the Indian Space Research Organization on August 5, 2022.
This recognition to ETS given by India’s Department of Space, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), will help increase ETS’s reach to research institutions, companies, and relevant resources. To further expand and cultivate a larger community, Explore the Space is looking for partners to promote space education in many different countries.
